1. Eligibility
Ultra Angling Limited supplies only to verified trade customers based in the UK. Applicants must represent a registered or established fishing supply business.
2. Registration Process
All applications are subject to vetting. A member of our team will usually call to verify details. Applicants will be notified of approval or rejection via email.
3. Payment Terms
Approved trade customers must make full payment via bank transfer prior to dispatch. Orders will only be processed and dispatched once payment has been received and confirmed.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed exclusive of VAT. VAT is added at checkout.
5. Ordering
Orders must be placed online. Submitted orders are reviewed internally. Once approved, customers receive an email with bank transfer instructions. Orders are dispatched upon payment.
6. Order Amendments or Cancellations
Orders may be amended or cancelled. Please email simon@ultraangling.co.uk as soon as possible.
7. Resale and Territory
Products purchased from Ultra Angling may be resold only within the UK.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
