Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for damaged goods or order fulfilment errors. We do not accept returns for unwanted items from trade customers unless otherwise agreed.

2. Timeframe

Customers must notify us of return requests within 14 days of receiving goods.

3. Return Shipping

If the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error, Ultra Angling will cover return shipping costs. Otherwise, return costs may apply to the customer.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges will be issued once returned items have been received and inspected.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

6. Excluded Items

Currently, no items are excluded from our returns policy.
